When purchasing a product at a volume retailer, the customer chooses whether or not to sign up for the Monotomo service.When signing up, users agree to transfer ownership of the product to another person when it is no longer needed or is lost.This user is the “1st Keeper.” If the user then agrees to transfer ownership of the product, a certain portion of the item’ s price will be refunded.The item is then inspected at our service center and resold at a shop. This process is repeated for a product's usable life. After a product is no longer usable, it is recycled. Any waste products are disposed of, and precious metals and usable materials are reused as resources.The manufacturer receives these resources and uses them to produce new products.
